Will I be able to see the patch?
Our goal is for the repair to blend in. On smooth walls, we feather the joint compound out wide, sand it, prime it, and paint the whole wall or section so the sheen matches. On textured walls and ceilings, which are very common, we match the existing texture as closely as possible. Textures vary from house to house, so a textured patch may be visible up close, but it should blend in from normal viewing distance.
Can you find out why my drywall got wet?
We'll always look for the cause before covering it up, because there's no point replacing drywall that will get wet again. If it needs a plumber or roofer, we'll tell you.
Is a small drywall repair worth calling you for?
